Job Summary :
We are hiring for a Marketing Manager job in Lower Parel & Nallasopara.The company provides pick & drop from vasai station to Nalasopara company location . Candidate should have a minimum of 4 & Above years’ experience international Marketing, gender will be Male & age not more than 35 years, and have Qualification Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. MBA (Optional). This vacancy is for the Manufacturing industry . CTC Budget Not more Than 8 lakh
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic Planning:
Develop comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with the company's business objectives, focusing on both short-term and long-term growth. Identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes to inform strategic decisions.
2. Market Research:
Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients, industry trends, and emerging opportunities. Utilize data-driven insights to inform marketing strategies and identify areas for differentiation.
3. Digital Marketing:
Lead digital marketing efforts, including website optimization, content creation, social media management, Paid Ad campaigns and email campaigns. Collaborate with internal and external resources to drive online visibility and engagement. Email Marketing campaigns with Sales Engagement Platform.
4. Lead Generation:
Develop and implement lead generation strategies to attract new customers and expand the client base., collaborating closely with the sales team in USA to ensure effective follow-up.
5. Trade Shows and Events:
Plan, coordinate, and represent the company at industry trade shows, exhibitions, and events. Establish relationships with potential clients and industry stakeholders to foster business partnerships.
6. Performance Analysis:
Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives using relevant KPIs. Use insights to make data-driven adjustments and improvements.
Skills :
1. Proven experience (4-6 years) in B2B marketing, preferably within the manufacturing industry or a related technical field.
2. Understanding of precision manufacturing processes, CNC machining, and high-pressure components.
3. Proficiency in using database systems, Microsoft Excel, CRM software, Sales engagement platform like Apollo, ZoomInfo & Hubspot Software (added advantage) and other relevant tools.
4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
5. Proficiency in digital marketing tools, content management systems, and analytics platforms.
6. Ability to think strategically, analyze data, and make informed decisions.
7. Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative marketing ideas.
8. Strong project management and organizational skills.
9. Willingness to travel for trade shows and client meetings as required.
10. Team player with leadership qualities and the ability to collaborate effectively.
